  • Cancellations made before technician dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Once the technician is assigned or has reached your location, cancellation charges may apply.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Service Warranty

  • All services are covered under a limited warranty, the duration of which varies by service type.

  • Warranty covers only the workmanship of our technicians, not damage caused by misuse, third-party repair, or natural wear and tear.

  • Ensure accessibility to the service location at the scheduled time.

  • Provide accurate information about your appliance and any issues faced.

  • Do not misuse our platform or engage in fraudulent activities such as fake bookings or false complaints.

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.

  • Any unauthorized modifications made by you or third parties to your appliance after our service.
