Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
After you place your order and payment is confirmed, we will process your shipment within 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship all orders via trusted courier partners to addresses across India.

  • Typical delivery time is 3-7 working days for most locations.

  • In more remote areas, delivery may take up to 10-15 working days.

  • Delivery is made during standard business hours, Monday to Saturday.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you finalize your order. We may offer free shipping for orders above a specified value, depending on the promotion.

4. Delivery Address & Changes

  • Please ensure your complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order placement.

  • If you need to change the address after placing the order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot always be guaranteed once dispatch has begun.

  • The courier may require an adult signature at time of delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you the courier partner name and tracking number so you can monitor delivery status online.

6. Delays & Issues

  • While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather or external factors.

  • In the event of significant delay, we will notify you and help track the shipment.

  • If the courier attempts delivery and someone is unavailable, the parcel may be held at local depot or returned. In that case, you may need to contact the courier or our support team.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery. If you find visible damage, you may refuse the parcel or note the damage in the courier’s records.

  • If a shipment is missing or contents are damaged due to transit, contact support within 48 hours of delivery (or missed delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable.

8. International Orders
At present, we primarily ship within India. For international orders (if applicable), additional shipping charges, customs duties and longer delivery timelines may apply. (Specify if you support international shipping.)
