1. Overview

At RO Service, we strive to provide high-quality repair, maintenance, and installation services for all types of water purifiers.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a customer may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
By booking a service or purchasing a product through our platform, you agree to this policy.


2. Service Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

You can cancel a service booking under the following conditions:

  • Before Technician Dispatch:
    If you cancel your booking before the technician is assigned or dispatched, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

  • After Technician Dispatch:
    Once the technician is assigned or in transit, a cancellation fee may apply to cover travel and scheduling costs.
    In such cases, only a partial refund will be issued.

  • After Service Completion:
    Once a service has been successfully completed and signed off by you, no refund will be processed unless there is a proven issue with the workmanship covered under warranty.


3. Refund for Product Purchases

If you have purchased spare parts, filters, or any water purifier accessories through our platform:

  • Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used filters, cartridges, or electrical parts.

    • Custom-built or special-order items.

    • Products damaged due to improper installation by unauthorized personnel.

  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    If the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.


4. Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation is approved:

  1. A confirmation email/SMS will be sent.

  2. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  3. For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer after verification.

If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact our support team.


5. Technician Visit Charges

If a technician has already visited your location and inspected the product or issue:

  • The inspection/visit charge is non-refundable even if you decide not to proceed with the repair.

  • Any part replacement or labor fee paid in advance will be refunded only if the technician fails to perform the agreed service.


6. Warranty on Services

  • All paid services come with a limited service warranty as communicated by the technician.

  • The warranty applies only to the work performed, not to issues caused later by misuse, poor water quality, or external damage.

  • If a recurring issue is found within the warranty period, our team will reservice it free of cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment app again.

  • Then contact your bank or payment provider; processing delays may occur.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@roservice.romegamart.com.
